At OmTown Yoga we provide excellent instruction for students of all abilities and levels of experience in a friendly, neighborhood studio. We offer limited-size, seasonal class sessions where you can safely progress in your yoga practice. You’ll cultivate strength, flexibility, concentration, balance and joy. Classes include movement, relaxation, breathing and postural awareness lessons. Our method is inspired by the universal alignment principles and life-affirming philosophy of Anusara Yoga. Our expert teachers will guide you safely and provide clear instruction grounded in their knowledge of movement and biomechanics.
